What if I can’t find my property address in REPSLog?
If your property address doesn’t appear when you try to add it in REPSLog, here’s how to fix it
For international addresses (outside the U.S.)
Make sure to enable the “International address” toggle:
Go to Settings
Turn on International Address
This will allow you to enter any address worldwide when you type in the property address in the Properties screen.
For U.S. addresses
REPSLog’s property search is powered by Google Maps.
If your unit or address is listed on Google Maps, it should appear in REPSLog as well.
If your property doesn’t show up:
Request an update from Google Maps — contact them to add the missing unit. This usually takes up to 72 hours.
Use a temporary workaround — add a nearby or random address, then rename the property nickname in REPSLog to reflect your correct unit.
Once the address has been updated in Google, go back to REPSLog and update your address. All associated entries will update with the new address.
Be sure to make this update before you export your log.
