How do I add multiple units at the same property address in REPSLog?

If you own multiple units, apartments, or retail spaces at the same street address (for example, 101 Main St, Springfield, IL — Units 2A, 2B, and 3), you may notice that not all of them show up individually in REPSLog’s property search.

Why this happens

Our property search is powered by Google Maps. If a unit or address appears on Google Maps, it should also appear in REPSLog. Sometimes, specific units (like “2A” or “3B”) may not automatically display if Google doesn’t recognize them as separate properties.

How to add your unit correctly

  1. Check the exact format on Google Maps

    • Search your property on Google Maps and see how the full address (including unit or apartment number) is formatted.

    • For example, Google Maps might display it as:
101 Main St Apt 2A, Springfield, IL 62704.

    • Copy and paste that exact format into REPSLog’s property search.

  2. Use the “#” tip to help find units

    • If you don’t see your unit right away, try typing the street address and then adding a # with your unit.

    • Example: 101 Main St #2A or 101 Main St #3.

  3. If your unit doesn’t show up

    • Contact Google Maps and request that they add the missing unit. This usually takes up to 72 hours.

    • As a temporary workaround, you can add a nearby/random address and adjust the nickname in REPSLog to match your correct unit.

    • Just make sure to update the real address before exporting your log.
