How to Use REPSLog AI Features to Log Faster

With REPSLog Premium, you can take advantage of powerful AI features that save you time and make logging effortless. These tools are available to all Premium users — and if you’re not Premium yet, you can try them out with our 14-day free trial.

There are two main AI features that help you log faster — plus the option to combine them for maximum efficiency.

1. Speech to Text

Instead of typing, you can simply speak your task and REPSLog will transcribe it for you.

How to use it:

On the Add a New Entry screen, tap into the first field labeled Services Performed.
Click the mic icon and start speaking — just describe the task you worked on.
Tap the Complete button when done.
You can re-record if needed or make adjustments using your keyboard.

⚠️ Note: To enable this feature, you’ll need to allow REPSLog access to your device’s microphone.

2. Autofill with AI

This feature takes what you entered in the Services Performed field and automatically fills in the rest of your entry.

How it works:

If you mention something like “at my Wilshire property”, REPSLog will auto-select that property in the dropdown. Same for Participant, Duration and Category (optional)
If you don’t specify a duration, it will estimate how long the task took.
It will also suggest the most relevant category for the task.

This saves you from manually entering all these details.
👉 You can always adjust the fields afterward and should review for accuracy, since AI can occasionally make mistakes.

3. Combine Both for Maximum Speed

For the fastest experience, you can use Speech to Text + Autofill with AI together.

How to enable it:

Next to the Autofill with AI button, toggle Apply After Speech.
Now, as soon as you finish recording your task, REPSLog will automatically fill in all the fields based on what you said.

Example:
Say something like:

“I spoke with the handyman regarding the leakage in my Wilshire apartment, it took me 20 minutes, and I also coordinated with the tenant.”

Here’s what happens instantly:

Services Performed is cleaned up to a clear description.
Property field is set to Wilshire property.
Duration is set to 20 minutes.
Category is automatically suggested.

All fields are filled in within seconds, helping you save hundreds of hours over time.
