How do I upload/import past tracked data into my REPSLog account?
If you’ve been tracking your hours outside of REPSLog and want to import them into your account, you can do so by sending us a properly formatted CSV file.
Step 1: Prepare your CSV file
Please email your file to support@reps-log.com.
If you are tracking both Long-Term Rentals (LTR) and Short-Term Rentals (STR), submit a separate file for each.
We recommend first exporting your current REPSLog data. This ensures that your Property Address or Property ID matches exactly.

Step 2: Required CSV columns
Property
Option A – Full Address: Use the complete address exactly as it appears in your export.
Example:
1234 Wilshire Blvd, Apt 123, Los Angeles, CA 90069, USA
Option B – Property ID: Use the Property ID exactly as listed in your export.
Example:
jLDzWrKoQVobNurgasdO
⚠️ Important:
If the address doesn’t already exist in your REPSLog account, you’ll need to add it first.
The address or Property ID must match exactly — no extra spaces or characters. Mismatches will not be uploaded.
Leave blank if the task is not tied to a specific property.
Date
Enter the date in this format:
MM/DD/YYYY

Duration
Option A – Total Hours (decimal format)
Example:
1.5
for 1 hour 30 minutesExample:
0.25
for 15 minutes
Option B – Separate Hours and Minutes columns
Example:
Hours = 1 | Minutes = 30
💡 To convert decimals to minutes, multiply by 60. (Example:
1.2 × 60 = 72 minutes
).
Description
Enter the services performed in the task.
Who performed the activity
Enter the name or role exactly as listed in your REPSLog account (e.g., Myself, Spouse, Cleaner, Property Manager, or any custom participant).
Category (Optional)
Enter the category name exactly as defined in your REPSLog account.
If it doesn’t match, the field will remain blank.
Leave empty if no category applies.
Step 3: Send us your file
Once your file is ready, email it to support@reps-log.com. We’ll process it and upload your data into your account.
