Why does REPSLog say I’ve reached my max limits even though I have a paid plan?
If you’ve purchased a REPSLog Premium or Starter subscription but still see a message saying you’ve reached your plan limits and need to upgrade, here’s how to quickly solve it.
How to fix it
Sometimes after a monthly renewal or billing cycle, the app may not immediately refresh your subscription status. To fix this:
Force-close the REPSLog app.
Reopen it to refresh.
Your paid plan will then update correctly, and you’ll regain access to all the features included in your subscription.
💡 Tip: There’s no need to uninstall or reinstall the app. A quick app refresh is enough.
