How to Cancel Your REPSLog Subscription (iOS & Android)

Stopping auto-renew prevents future charges. Refunds are separate and handled by Apple or Google Play.

Quick steps

Cancel auto-renew (stop future charges)

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your name › Subscriptions.

  3. Select REPSLogCancel Subscription (or Cancel All Services).

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play Store.

  2. Profile icon › Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.

  3. Tap REPSLog › Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Request a refund

iOS (App Store)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. 

  2. Click “I’d like to”Request a refund

  3. Choose a reason → click Next.

  4. Select the REPSLog subscription (or relevant item) → click Submit

  5. Timing: Apple says to allow 24–48 hours for an update by email.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Go to play.google.com and sign in with the same Google account.

  2. Click your profile picturePayments & subscriptionsBudget & order history.

  3. Find the REPSLog charge › click Report a problem.

  4. Choose the option that best fits your situation.

  5. Describe the issue and state that you’d like a refund.

  6. Click Submit.

  7. Timing: You’ll usually get a decision within 1 day, but it can take up to 4 days
